Job Description
Junior ServiceNow Developer / Analyst
The Junior ServiceNow Developer/Analyst provides day-to-day operational support within the ServiceNow environment. This entry-level position supports system configuration, assists with the development of simple workflows, generates reports, and troubleshoots common user issues. The Junior Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of incident, problem, and change records. They assist senior developers and administrators in module deployments, testing new features, and maintaining documentation. This role also participates in user acceptance testing, collects feedback from end users, and contributes to the development of training materials and knowledge articles. It is designed as a pipeline position for candidates to grow into mid-level ServiceNow developer roles.
Education and Experience
Required:
Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
0–2 years of ServiceNow or ITSM exposure.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk workflows.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Tools/Software: ServiceNow ITSM (Incidents, Requests, Knowledge), MS Excel, MS Teams.
Training and Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
