IC-CAP's benefits program is very important to us. We provide an environment that brings together talented personnel with the required skills and training to improve intelligence analysis throughout the intelligence community. This requires a dedication provide the best benefits possible, so the member and their family have fewer concerns. It also requires that we understand the time commitments of an individual’s personal life and provide them with the flexibility required for all circumstances. Paid Time Off (PTO)
IC-CAP offers 4 weeks of PTO. Any member not using their 4 weeks is eligible for a bonus payment for each hour not used.
IC-CAP contributes 3% of the member's total annual salary whether or not the member elects to make a contribution to this fund. Then at the end of each year, we provide profit sharing up to 5% to the retirement account depending on your contributions to the company's goals.
IC-CAP has a three-part annual bonus program for all members. These include Minimum Hours Bonus, Company Annual Target, and Company Value Target.

Education and Certifications
IC-CAP's tuition policy is completely dependent on an individual's need. We provide $3,000 per person, but we may allocate additional funding towards education and certifications if the member requests.
