Job Description
Mid-level ServiceNow Developer / System Administrator
Responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications. The role supports module deployments, system upgrades, and ongoing system performance monitoring. Works with stakeholders to implement new workflows, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance with operational standards.
Education and Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2–5 years ServiceNow administration/development experience.
Tools/Software: ServiceNow Admin modules, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs.
Training and Certifications:
CSA certification required; Implementer or Developer certifications preferred.
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
