Job Description
Quality Assurance (QA) / Compliance Manager
Ensures all QASP, CDRL, and performance metrics are met, documented, and continuously improved.
Duties may include:
Develop and monitor QA plans, compliance metrics, and audit documentation.
Track and report on all deliverables and lessons learned for program improvement.
Coordinate with the PM for regular QASP/CDRL reviews and process corrections.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for DIA and oversight.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
5+ years’ QA/compliance experience for federal IT contracts.
Training:
QA/ITIL or related certification (preferred)
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
