Job Description
Agile Delivery Manager / DevSecOps Lead
Leads all Agile and DevSecOps cycles for ServiceNow enhancements, automation, and secure deployment within classified and SCIF environments (PWS 4.5, 4.1.6).
Duties may include:
Plan, execute, and report on Agile sprints, backlog grooming, and release cycles.
Implement DevSecOps pipelines for secure CI/CD, automated testing, and change control (PWS 4.1.7).
Ensure that all code, enhancements, and integrations are fully documented and auditable per QASP/CDRL requirements.
Coordinate with Platform Lead and PM to align technical delivery with program objectives and contract milestones.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related.
5+ years’ Agile/DevSecOps experience in ServiceNow/federal environments.
Training:
Scrum Master or Agile certification (preferred).
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
