Job Description
ServiceNow Platform Lead / Solution Architect
Responsible for the secure architecture, configuration, integration, and operational excellence of ServiceNow within DIA’s SCIF and classified network environments. Ensures compliance with PWS 4.3, 4.5, and agency-specific security requirements.
Duties may include:
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations (PWS 4.3, 4.5).
Develop secure, scalable workflows and modules to meet evolving DIA mission requirements.
Oversee platform upgrades, enhancements, and automation, ensuring configuration management and change control are enforced (PWS 4.1.7).
Direct Agile/DevSecOps cycles and secure release management in coordination with the PM.
Maintain all technical documentation, knowledge management artifacts, and user guidance.
Support compliance with all QASP/CDRLs relevant to technical performance and reporting.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
ServiceNow Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or Architect certification.
8+ years’ ServiceNow experience (federal/IC/DoD preferred).
Training:
ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred).
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
