Job Description
Expert and Senior Imagery Scientist
Expert SAR Imagery Scientist - Education and Experience
Required:
Minimum 18 years of total relevant experience
Bachelors and Masters STEM degree can count for up to an additional 5 years of experience
4+ years of experience as a SAR expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products
Experience using SARPy and Matlab SAR toolbox
Experience in RNIIRS, information theoretic-based image quality metrics, SAR imagery quality metrics and sensor metadata (e.g., graze, squint, azimuth)
Experience exploiting SAR to determine the occurrence and location of an OOI
Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using SAR imagery with tools like Python, MATLAB, and Google Earth Engine
Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences on availability and capabilities of SAR
Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
Prior imagery/geospatial experience

Experience applying CV and ML techniques to SAR imagery and data
Senior SAR Imagery Scientist - Education and Experience
Required:
Minimum 10 years of total relevant experience
Bachelors and Masters STEM degree can count for up to an additional 5 years of experience
4+ years of experience as a SAR expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products
Experience using SARPy and Matlab SAR toolbox
