Job Description
Instructional Designer Senior- This is a future position that may come open in the future. We are currently building our pipeline.
Education and Experience
Required:
10 years of experience in any relevant workroles, to include instructional design, teaching, intelligence analysis, GEOINT analysis, requirements capture, or stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor’s in relevant area can count for 3 years of experience and Masters can count for 2 years.
Possess at least 7 years of instruction design and multimedia experience.
Experience developing web-based training solutions, and leading or facilitating training or workshops.
Experience developing educational materials and performance support solutions (job aids, videos, documents, etc.) for a variety of customers and stakeholders.
Expertise with the Microsoft Office tool suite, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and/or similar tools.
Knowledge of training and tradecraft implementation, use and guidelines.
Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment.
Ability to provide recommendations based off of data collection, aggregation, and mission knowledge for technical capabilities.
Desired:
Qualifications include project management, master instructional design, Kirkpatrick, or related certifications
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI Clearance and the willingness to sit for a CI polygraph, if needed
