Intelligence Analysts

IC-CAP is preparing for awards on the Defense Intelligence Agency's Solutions for Intelligence Analysis (SIA) III and the Department of Homeland Security's Intelligence Enterprise Support Services (IESS) contracts.  To accomplish this we are interested in talking with Intelligence Analysts about the various positions, timing, and your desires.  This will enable us to move fast upon award.

Candidates must have an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to pass a polygraph exam.

Are you an experienced Intelligence Analyst passionate about the security and defense of the United States? Interested in working for a company driven to improve our country’s intelligence and defense capabilities through technology?

We anticipate future openings for in Washington, DC (most likely that majority), Charlottesville, VA, Tampa, FL, and other locations. Must possess a strong background engaging customers and team members, and be able to provide strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources, i.e. INTs.

Qualifications:

  • Educational degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position

  • 2-10+ years of relevant experience in addition to education.
     

Duties:

  • Applies knowledge of INT-specific analysis techniques as required.

  • Provides strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources, i.e. INTs. Applies knowledge of INT-specific analysis techniques as required.
     

  • Possesses at least working knowledge of (preferably hands-on experience with) databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National ---* Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, various message handling systems.
     

  • Must possess excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines that meet or exceeds established analytical standards.
     

  • At higher levels (3-5) must be fungible/agile to respond to changes in analytical priorities.

  • At level 4, may supervise lower-level analysts, but must review work outputs of lower levels.

  • At level 5, supervises, manages, and reviews work outputs of lower-level analysts.
     

Experience:
Intelligence Analysis: 2 years (Required)
