Source Throughput Analyst - Las Cruces, NM
Responsibilities Include:

Support the end-to-end process of delivering all source imagery data in a manner to optimize the performance and capabilities of the delivery architecture.

Monitor and report on network health and status, assist in implementing NGA release policy, monitor site bandwidth utilization, recommend alternative delivery paths, maintain user site profiles/allocation, and support operations integration of new data sources, processes and system capabilities, customer products from collection systems, community libraries, and external sites to support intelligence community needs.

Personnel will execute an integrated process to manage and oversee the primary dissemination access and retrieval to appropriate buffers and to the Intelligence Community ITE cloud environment for the exploitation of National space-spaced, airborne, FGI, and commercial data to the requestor site and serve as the primary 24-hour interface for collection and system issues.

Preferred Skills And Education Ability to support in directing the activities of highly skilled technical and analytical teams responsible for developing solutions to highly complex analytical/intelligence problems
Experience & Education:
-
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of work experience or equivalent experience 3 Or More Years Of Relevant Experience Required

Knowledge of NGA s Enterprise Services Dissemination Processes and supporting architectures

Experience in Intelligence analysis and information management.

Advanced skills with all capabilities and use all GIMS functionalities to include but not limited to Advanced Search, Dissemination Rules, Strategies, NGDS-Discovery Services, GIN Creation, GIN Modification and Approval, Tasking Dashboard, Geospatial Dashboard, Supplier Management, OOI Target Creation, OOI Query, OOI Modification, OOI Management, AGI Search, Virtual File Folders, and UIM-Approved Product Holdings (Report) Search.

Experience at the national and tactical levels supporting GEOINT operations at varying levels of responsibility.
Required Competencies, etc.:
-
Familiarity with GEOINT collection platforms and sensors designed to assist in GEOINT collection, production and visualization.

Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community management policies, processes, and practices.

Familiarity with NSG s Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) Processes.
-
Familiarity with tasking tools, both WEB and Classic, and WEB Fishtools.
-
Familiarity with PRISM for research and tasking of airborne requirements.
-
Familiarity with Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) software, as well as Web 2.0 tools such as wiki, blog, RSS and other Intelink collaboration tools.
