Server Operations Administrator

Requirements:

​

• Experience with providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems

• Knowledge of configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems 

• Ability to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems 

• Ability to install, operate, and maintain network and storage appliances and patches and perform system updates 

• HS diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in information technology, AA or AS degree and 4 years of experience in information technology, BA or BS degree and 2 years of experience with systems administration, MA or MS degree 

• DoD 8570 compliance IAT Level II Certification prior to starting on client site
