Responsibilities:

Assist event planners with customer support planning, coordination, execution and synchronization of events, visits and conferences.

Assist in event scheduling, room set-ups and reconfiguration, conference registration, signage placement and removal, transportation and parking coordination, general VIP support, security awareness, badging functions, basic protocol procedures, graphic requests and asset control and inventory.

Provide equipment readiness and proper equipment operation in support of conferences and events in a timely, effective, and quick manner.

Troubleshoot and/or repair equipment, assist the Government acquisition process for applicable consumables, and/or serve as a liaison between CCJ2-RC and South East Regional Support Center (SERSC)/CC16 technicians.

Support JIOCCENT Conference Center audio/visual (A/V) operations to include the continuing technical, maintenance, preventative maintenance and audiovisual expertise with conference center equipment.

Salary Range: $88,000 - $92,000
