IC-CAP’s Executive Staff has more than 75 years of combined experience in the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Markets. We understand what it takes to be successful and will work closely with our customers and partners in support of their missions. Our Executive Staff is readily available to handle any situation that may arise and will bring our experience and resources to complete the objective.

Joni Taylor, CEO

Joni has over 30 years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) and Diplomatic Service. She served as the program manager for the State Department and the US United Nation infrastructure upgrade for State Department IRM and was responsible for implementing a knowledge management portal for the State Department. Joni has nearly 10 years of diplomatic experience where she served as the Community Liaison Officer for the American Embassy in Madrid Spain and has worked in the Regional Security Office, Consular Affairs, and Defense Attaché Offices in Cairo Egypt. She is focused on growing a company that has a strong set of core values and provides an environment for our employees to grow and innovate for our customers.

Steve Taylor, Advisor

Steve has more than 35 years of experience in the DoD, IC, and Diplomatic Service. He served over 23 years in the Air Force to include 13 years supporting DIA in Defense Attaché Offices in Cairo Egypt, Madrid Spain, and Damascus Syria. He worked at Booz Allen Hamilton and grew a Service Oriented Architecture line of business at DIA before leaving to become the VP, Intelligence Division for NuWave Solutions. Steve is focused on developing a company that improves intelligence collection and analysis through technology and training of intelligence analysts.

Stephen Taylor, CTO

Stephen has over 10 years of Software Development experience specialized in data transformation and advanced visualizations to ensure data is discoverable. He is focused on capabilities that will create SMART data to improve our nation's analytics capabilities.
