A key factor in working as a team is communication and we are beginning a new focus on communication with our current and future members.  That is the main reason for starting this newsletter. 

We want this newsletter to support group collaboration and brainstorming to help solve problems,  exchange ideas and come up with creative ways of doing things.  IC-CAP has a diverse group of intelligent individuals with a vast amount of knowledge that we need to leverage to be successful.  If you have ideas on how we can improve IC-CAP, please let us know.  We look forward to working with everyone.  -Joni
