Job Description
IDAM Engineer Level 4 depends on an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Engineer joining our team to support Government activities in Washington, D.C. As an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Engineer, you will provide expertise, knowledge, and operational support of the Identity Access Management solution; including provisioning, authentication, implementation, access management, etc for cloud and on premise.
Level 4:
Skills and Tasks: Exceptionally Complex, Inter-Discipline, Inter-Organizational. Can perform tasks of senior level technicians, specialists, and/or managers not performed at Level 3 due to the size and/or complexity of the tasks.
Leadership Management: May work individually or as a key member of a senior leadership team. Oversees and monitors performance across several disciplines, and when required, takes steps to resolve issues.
Guidance: Provides experts guidance and direction to Government and Vendor senior level technicians and managers. Directs multiple contractor and subcontractors teams through project completion.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Participating in system development to include design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testing of an IAM solution.
Developing advanced engineering ideas and guiding their development into a final product
Creating and maintaining programmatic and technical documentation
Implementing system enhancements resulting in improved IT enterprise performance
Analyzing customer requirements, specifications, and proposing solutions that fit to standards, compliance, and operational requirements
Supporting an Attribute Based Access Control ABAC application development, integration, deployment, and maintenance.
Designing, developing, building, and testing IT engineering solutions utilized for aggregation of attributes from authoritative sources, integration with Virtual LDAP Directory, Web Services.

PHD+4 Yrs
Training and Certifications:
IAT Level II
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
