Underground Facility Analyst 125-037
Position Description:
The contractor shall conduct specific multi-INT analysis of UGFs and hardened structures, monitor operations within subterranean environments, and determine functional defeat of support systems within overarching Hardened and Deeply Buried Targets (HDBT) Target Systems. HDBT analysts convert processed or exploited information into target intelligence production through analysis and preparation of products in support of user requirements (e.g. HDBT facility characterizations, 3-D model creation, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting solutions, and databasing of HDBT GMI.) Additionally, HDBT analysts research, author, and present HDBT findings to customers; support reverse-engineering efforts; and maintain currency in HDBT specific subject areas and technical advancements across the USCENTCOM AOR. The contractor must have previously graduated the Underground Facilities School House, possess prior imagery intelligence experience, and have prior all-source analysis experience. Once contractor personnel arrive for duty they may be required to attend additional qualification and weaponeering training.
In support of this subtask, the contractor shall:
Convert processed or exploited information into target intelligence through analysis and preparation of products in support of user requirements (e.g., target system analysis, target folders, target lists, and targeting assessment).
Conduct target analysis utilizing multi-INT sources in support of basic, intermediate, and advanced target development for both lethal/non-lethal HDBT engagements.
Assemble tactical level HDBT Facility Characterizations, GEOINT Chronologies, Physical Vulnerability Assessments, and Joint Target Intelligence Materials in support of achieving Commanders intent and desired end states against adversarial HDBTs.
Provide recommended input to DoD, CJCS Manuals/Instructions, USCENTCOM policies, and SOPs for HDBT production as required.
Coordinate with external IC agencies, Targeting Enterprise production centers, and customers to ensure product delivery of HDBT products and assessments within established timelines. Respond to HDBT RFIs and Research and Development projects by producing; preparing; and presenting findings, assessments, and briefings as required.
Conduct quality control (QC) of HDBT target related intelligence production to include characterizations, weaponeering, and data base entry produced by other analysts, federated work centers, and target enterprise components supporting the organization.
Develop and present HDBT Training materials; conduct on-the job personnel training as required.

Experience
Required: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Desired: Minimum Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
