Demonstrates working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the specified labor category description.

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
Job Duties:
Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for indepth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.
Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
Graduate of in residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
Performs coordination/deconfliction of CI operational activity conducted by the Military Department CI Organizations (MDCO) that impact the Command’s area of responsibility.
Understanding of CI, the MDCOS, and basic CI mission areas.
Interacts with representatives of MDCOs and Intelligence Community Components in order to deconflict CI activity.
Maintains and updates multiple databases and must be familiar with MS Excel and Access.
Provides updates to J2X leadership on the status and disposition of relevant CI activity.
Serves as a J2X representative to the CYBERCOM Joint Operations Center (JOC) providing an avenue for the JOC to inject information into the J2X or request support as necessary.
Maintain familiarity with MDCO capabilities and steer JOC personnel toward the J2X for support as appropriate.
Develops a concept for Command counterintelligence programs that will be staffed to the SECDEF.
Develops counterintelligence briefs for personnel in the Command that are interacting with foreign intelligence services/officers and or traveling to high-threat CI countries as well as delivering the briefs in both group and individual settings, including to General/Flag Officer audiences.
Understanding of Counterintelligence operations.
Possesses experience conducting counterintelligence functions including investigations, inquiries, and collection.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and eight (8) years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
No experience substitute for education.
The ideal Candidate will have:
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Security Clearance:
Active TS SCI and the willingness to take a polygraph if needed.
