Systems Engineer Senior-Level:
Description:
This position provides system integration and systems engineering services to an office specializing in space and counterspace analysis of sensitive topics and techniques. The candidate should have experience working on data protected at the highest levels, and experience with multi-level security environments. The candidate will perform engineering analysis in preparation for delivery of a new architecture and may provide support for preparing an acquisition effort within this field. Candidates are expected to be experts in their field with adequate experience to support this level of knowledge
Required Qualifications, must meet a preponderance of the following:
Master's degree in Systems Engineering (or related STEM) with 12+ Exp. in related technical or scientific fields such as engineering, physics, mathematics OR PhD degree in Engineering (or related STEM) with 4+ Exp. in related technical or scientific fields such as engineering, physics, mathematics
Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence with RADAR and RF processing for Space Situational Awareness (SSA) applications.
Demonstrated Exp. with space situational awareness, space-based sensors, and threat analysis (paraphrased like PD24).
IT Exp. in SSA including dep knowledge of systems across the IC and DoD community.
Demonstrated experience implementing Multi-Level Security (MLS) requirements that meet all sensitive security (physical and cyber) requirements, high performance astrophysics-based capacity, high performance visualization compute capacity, privately controlled cloud solution, and AI high performance compute and store.
Exp. dealing with data and data sources that exist at multiple security domains
Experience protecting data and implementing controls in sensitive environments, encryption-at-rest, encryption-at-motion; experience with implementing NSA approved Cross Domain Solutions for services.
Demonstrated experience with Integrated Protection Strategy (IPS)
Experience with space environment and threats analysis
Experience with multiple data collection techniques and an in-depth understanding of GEOINT phenomenology
Demonstrated experience of MBSE processes, tools, and languages
Demonstrated experience of Software Development Frameworks.
Demonstrated experience of photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, information sciences, geographic information systems, geomatics, or related fields
