Intelligence Management Specialist (Logistic Services) Mid-Level:
Job Description:
Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities; creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
Job Duties:
Assist, collect, document, and reconcile supply and equipment requests.
Complete and submit receiving documents and supporting documents to the Installation Property Book office, Government Purchase Cardholder, and/or appropriate budget analyst for processing.
Update, maintain, and record requisition register for services and supply purchases, and for each non-expendable accountable item for items received and issued.
Assist in maintaining accountability of all nonexpendable property.
Maintain all documents for USFK J2 sub-hand receipt holders.
Assist in conducting property book and sensitive items inventories.
Process and track division supply purchase requests through SSSC and GSA.
Coordinate with local vendors and online sources to purchase goods and services.
Prepare, maintain, and complete historical cost analysis purchased goods and services.
Maintain and provide receipt of all incoming/outgoing shipments and turn-ins.
Coordinate with Korean Support Command for J2 office moves and turn-ins.
Assist in maintaining accountability of all non-expandable/expendable goods.
Review and reconcile cellular telephones monthly bills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years’ experience
or 7 years’ related experience in lieu of degree
Security Clearance:
TS SCI
