Functional Specialist Advisor Level 3 Credential Manager:
Proactively lead and execute all aspects of credential management for certifying body. Achieve near-zero defect accuracy using established processes and procedure, with minimal day-to-day guidance. Support any/all aspects of a broader operations team and PMO activities as necessary and assigned.
Accountable for creation and/or maintenance of SOPs, process maps, and other documentation as required.
Maintain up-to-date status/awareness of all data within purview of assignments, updating leadership on established timelines.
Integration and standardization: Accountable for currency of status in all relevant database and systems across multiple platforms and domains.
Responsible for coordination of candidates for conferral with external entities.
Coordinate Staffing/review using agency-specified processes and systems.
Accountable for production, QC, presentation of all Change Orders, reports, and other requested metrics involving credential status, trends, etc in conjunction with data managers.
Responsible for all aspects of credential renewal/maintenance: Provide input to external vendors relative to configuration of tools used for credential management by customers. Coordinate and execute customer engagement for renewal/PDU inquiries in conjunction with communication and operations staff. Including assistance to all levels of personnel requiring assistance.
Serve as a backup for site administration and proctoring.
Participate in team meetings; collaborate on end-to-end process management, enhancement, and innovation.
Monitor/address inboxes and other communication streams.
Support communication events and publications, such as briefings, meetings, webinars, articles, news releases, etc.
Required Skills and Experience:
7-10 years of relevant experience
Intermediate MS Excel Skills/Experience
Intermediate MS Access Skills/Experience
Excellent attention to detail in data analysis and quality control operations
Knowledge and experience of process design and improvement
Excellent Written and communication skills, ability to keep leadership abreast of day-to-day activities and progress against long term goals through written products, slide presentations, and oral communication
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in high ops tempo team environment, working as part of a team and independently.
