Job Description
FSA 1 Certification Exam Administrator:
Overall Assignment Description:
Certification Exam Administrator – Serve as a member of a team managing the delivery of high-stakes exams to candidates seeking to earn professional credentials. Apply excellent attention to detail and customer service skills in a high operational tempo environment using standard operating procedures.
Duties include:
Assessment Delivery – Develop, document, and administer processes to deliver certification exams, manage relevant exam data, and communicate with test-takers and proctors.
Ensure testing is delivered in an approved, proctored environment, using standardized procedures and in compliance with applicable laws, and external accreditation standards.
Work location/Schedule:
Primarily onsite, Springfield VA
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week average, generally flexible to accommodate those with preference for earlier or later schedules between 6am and 5pm
Telework: currently supported 10-25% of time, subject to change at any time
Travel:
Occasional local travel possible (less than 10%)
CONUS travel possible (less than 5%)
Required Skills and Experience:
TS/SCI Clearance with willingness to take and pass a CI Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree (or additional experience, see below)
0-1 years of work experience (or 8 years of relevant work experience if no degree)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to retrieve and manage data
Strong attention to detail, ability to reliably execute standard operating procedures
Experience analyzing processes and making improvement recommendations
Strong written and communication skills applicable to customer service job functions
Comfort with public speaking to deliver 10-15 minute proctoring scripts and respond to questions
Desired:
Experience with Microsoft Access
Experience with Records Management policies and procedures
Knowledge of Reasonable Accommodations
