Job Description
This is a future position that may come open but is not open at the present moment. We are willing to prescreen personnel for these positions if you are interested
Visitor Control Junior:
The Candidate shall provide general program security support under this task order. This includes performing activities related to general security standard discipline management and support, including but not limited to the following tasks:
Provide Visitor Control Support:
Process all submitted visit certifications/visit requests within five business days of receipt through the approved systems. Visit certifications shall be completed at least three business days prior to the visit as long as all pertinent data has been provided.
Manage all facets of the JPO badge and identification system/process with concurrence from the Government security leads.
Develop and implement a process of introducing and removing equipment and media within secure areas.
Collect, maintain, and close out all foreign travel reports within five business days of receipt of all pertinent information from traveler.
Education and Experience:
JUNIOR:
A Junior level person within a labor category for this TO has at least three years of experience performing work directly applicable to the labor category functional
Two of the three years must pertain specifically to the labor category (e.g. a Personnel Security Specialist must have at least two years performing duties specific to Personnel Security) while the other year must pertain to a related labor category (e.g. any other security discipline).
Associate’s degree
A Junior level person is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
Junior Visitor Control must have at least one year of experience in any related field. Visitor Control Personnel have no degree requirement but must have a high school diploma or GED.
