Job Description
Training and Education Specialist-Mid-Level:
The Candidate shall conduct Information Operations and Military Deception training. Training will include the Army Information Operations Planners’ Course (AIOPC), Information Operations Integration Course – Cyberspace Operations (IIC-CO), Information Operations Integration Course – Electronic Warfare (IIC-EW), Information Operations Integration Course – Military Information Support Operations (IIC-MISO), Military Deception Planners’ Course (MDPC), International Military Introduction to Information Operations Course (IMIIOC); Information Warfare Seminars; Information Operations Assessment Workshop (IOAW); Situational Training Exercises; Mission Readiness Exercises; and any other named course or seminar required by the Government. The Candidate shall conduct training to Army standards as reflected in Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulation 350-70, applicable TRADOC PAMs and any other policy or regulation set forth by leadership, higher headquarters or DA
Mid-Level:
Demonstrates working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the specified labor category description.
Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
Demonstrates ability to use logic and systematic approaches to gather, evaluate, and synthesize multiple sources of information.
Demonstrates ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction.
Demonstrates ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information.
Demonstrates ability interpreting analysis to include, but is not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications.

Demonstrates ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic / soft copy matrices and / or web-enabled formats.
Demonstrates ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally, with strong grammar skills.

Job Duties:
Conduct resident (at Ft. Belvoir, VA) training, with or without a Government team lead, to include all facets of planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of training iterations.
Conduct Mobile Training Teams training, both CONUS and OCONUS, with or without a Government team lead, to include all facets of planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of training iterations.
In coordination with course managers, SMEs, and curriculum developers, the Subcontractor shall develop and refine courseware IAW TRADOC regulatory standards.
Review, revise, and create training products in Training Development Capability (TDC) system as assigned.
Develop/maintain lesson plans/presentations as assigned.
Provide support as Observer Controller/Trainer’s and/or information related capability role players for Mission Readiness Exercises.
Carry and transport mission-related equipment to and from mobile training team sites weighing up to 70 pounds.
Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into curriculum.
Education and Experience:
At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
