Job Description

Technical/Documentation Writer:


IC-CAP is seeking a highly skilled individual to support the Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center (IC SCC) Integration projects. This individual will support the Cybersecurity Integration Division's exercise, training, and marketing endeavors with their technical writing skills.  The ideal candidate will possess the technical knowledge nessesary to support the center's cyber programs and cababilities.



This role will support the team responsible for excecuting the outreach and marketing activities of the IC SCC. In support of this goal, the tasks designated to the Integration Technical/Documentation Writer may include but are not limited to:


  • Maintain and execute all community outreach specific to requirements management, community awareness, service offerings, and adoption of IC SCC services, standards, and capabilities.

  • Develop, procure, and maintain marketing materials (brochures, pamphlets, etc.)

  • Collaboaratively design and maintain an external web presence with the tools, services and engineering division to provide a singular access point for all customer engagement and awareness of services. (This presence shall provide training course schedules, class materials, points of contact and other resources in order to expand brand awareness, capabilities, etc.) 

  • Develop executive briefings, track executive taskers, develop executive strategy papers, etc.

  • Ensure that cross-organizational engagement encompasses the IC elements and the National Cybersecurity Centers and the Federal Government Cyber Partners.

  • Develop, create and maintain new SOPs for IC IE (Cloud Technology) as necessary.

  • Create and maintain SOPs for all roles and responsibilities for information security services in support of the IC IE.

  • Assist in the development of Disaster Recovery and COOP plans that establish a tier level approach.
     


Education and Experience:


  • HS/GED + 12 years

  • Associates Degree + 10 years

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years

  • Master’s Degree + 6 years

  • PhD + 4 years



Qualifications:


  • IAW DoD Directive 8570 IAT II (Prior to onboarding)



Security Clearance:


  • TS/SCI
