Systems Architect:
Overall Assignment Description:
Responsible for supporting International Systems solution and strategic adherence to all aspects of the Information Assurance (IA) program as stipulated by various USG requirements, including Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 and associated NIST publications. Preparations of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documents and procedures. Interface with other IA team members, other security disciplines (industrial security, physical security, special programs security, etc), program personnel, and government security representatives.
Duties Include:
Serve as the Government's IT enterprise network security primary point-of-contact and provides overall security leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned.
This person shall be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.
Shall assign security taskings to contractor personnel and supervise on-going technical security efforts.
Skills and Experience:
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 (five) years of progressively responsible information assurance experience in ICD 503 assessment and authorization.
A demonstrated working knowledge of public key infrastructure and encryption systems.
Attained a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Experience and/or knowledge of DCID 6/3, Joint Force After Next (JFAN0 6/3 or DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and understanding of classified IT networks, systems, terminology and SDLC Experience with NIST Special Publication 800-37 Revision.
