Senior Training and Development Specialist (Manager of Technical Training 2)
Candidates will be working to support the transformation of all-source analysis with location-based object services. Visualizing and recreating the tools to assist analysts with protecting our nation. We also have positons in Northern Virginia.
Senior Level:
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
Position Description:
This position will be responsible for implementing technical training courses, facilitating customer visits, and performing lab demonstrations that provide a competitive edge for technical audiences. This will include the delivery of standard and customized training based on field needs and the delivery of new product and technology training in support of field readiness. Administer hands-on tests. The position will also be responsible for helping to create, test, and review new and existing courseware
Experience:
10+ Years’ experience
Bachelor of Science degree
Required Skills:
Technical Trainer responsible for establishing Enterprise Training Plans for blended learning solutions, implementing technical training courses, and facilitating CONUS and OCONUS Customer visits
Delivers standard and customized Program training based on field needs, and the delivers new product and technology training in support of field readiness
Administers hands-on tests
Supports the creation, test, and review of new and existing courseware and Training Media
Establishes processes and standards to develop, sustain, and update Customer’s library of training products, ensuring all training is applicable to current production environment
Follows Agile principles to create efficiencies in design, development, and delivery of training materials.
