Senior Computer System Analyst O&M Relase Deployment (Senior Principal AI Engineer System):
Candidates will be working to support the transformation of all-source analysis with location-based object services. Visualizing and recreating the tools to assist analysts with protecting our nation. We also have positions in Northern Virginia.
Senior Level:
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
Position Description:
Incorporates AI into a system of system architecture and ensures development of AI-enabled systems that meet stakeholders¿ mission needs. Develops integration & test procedures, and verification and validation approaches; and develops system operations, sustainment, and maintenance plans and procedures. Creates and analyzes models of a system, with the goals of increasing understanding and searching for incompleteness and inconsistency. Adept at a range of AI development environments/tools (reuse, repository); expert/proficient with the environment being utilized. Applies knowledge from various disciplines to architect and design systems; includes neuroscience, behavioral science, engineering (systems, electrical, mechanical), computer science (distributed computing/programming), philosophy/phenomenology, physics, and mathematics. Uses emerging verification and validation approaches in addition to the traditional ones to test 1) multi-agent systems employing algorithms that produce ever-changing outcomes related to detection and decision, pattern recognition, and prediction, and 2) systems requirements definition for a new class of systems. Follows best practices throughout the Engineering Life Cycle: Stakeholder requirements definition, functional decomposition, design synthesis, implementation, integration, test, verification & validation, operations, and sustainment
Experience:
9+ Years’ experience
Bachelor of Science degree
Required Skills:
The O&M Release & Deployment Coordinator oversees acquisition of production resources, coordinates operations activities of deployments, and ensures smooth transition to operations for all CLINs
Coordinates deployment activities to ensure release compatibility with the production baseline environment with Government Mission Owners to define release schedules, coordinate RMF gates, remove blockers, and coordinate external TEMs
Coordinates and collaborates with the Release Manager to develop release schedules and milestones
Assesses potential schedule impacts based on the operational environment
Collaborates with the Government to release, distribute, and install new and upgraded software
Coordinates development of and provides release-relevant information and training prior to delivery
Establishes and maintains plans and processes for configuration and quality control of the services, software, and hardware assets associated with each release.
