Provides overall management support for the Task Order to ensure all projects move together toward meeting established goals and objectives. The PM accomplishes these goals by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. This role achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or 8+ years of similar work experience
8+ years of PM experience in the IC desired
Candidate must have excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills.
