Process Improvement/Re-Engineering Analyst:
IC-CAP is seeking experienced process improvement analysts to support the Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center (IC SCC). The IC SCC is a federal cyber center with a mission to ensure the execution of defensive activities, coordinate security monitoring across the IC, and maintain awareness of security-related threats, events, and incidents.
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in process improvement analysis and development relating to CND efforts. This role requires someone who is able to effectively engage with peers and senior leaders to keep focus on technology resiliency.
In support of IC SCC missions, the tasks designated to the Process Improvement/Re-Engineering Analyst may include but are not limited to:
Provide consulting and recommendations to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement and technology resilience initiatives.
Develop and facilitate discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and facilitate process improvement meetings.
Propose and develop process re-engineering improvement efforts (to include the applicable documentation) to provide continuous improvement to analysis products.
Gather, analyze, and quantify performance data and measurements.
Gather data and work with technical subject matter experts to develop and maintain the most efficient cyber threat fusion analysis products to ensure the highest level of cyber threat awareness.
Education and Experience:
HS/GED + 12 years
Associates Degree + 10 years
Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years
Master’s Degree + 6 years
PhD + 4 years
IAT II Compliance required prior to onboarding. (At least one of the following: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP)
