Job Description

This is a future position that may come open but is not open at the present moment.  We are willing to prescreen personnel for these positions if you are interested

Lead Program Manager:

Provides overall management support for the contract to ensure all projects are synchronized toward established goals and objectives. Accomplishes these goals by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contribution. Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer services standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.

Key Functions:

  • Serve as the main POC to the CO, COR, and Government PM.

  • Directly contribute to program efforts including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.

  • Provide the program status as part of the PMRs. (PMRs shall be conducted on a monthly and quarterly basis.)

  • Ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.

  • Support requests for action and information in a timely manner.

  • Develop and maintain an IMS that incorporates all projects into one consolidated view. (Shall be developed and maintained within Enterprise Program Management (EPM) on SharePoint)

  • Utilize expert communication skills to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas.

  • Write and review technical documents.

  • Perform day-to-day management of overall contract operations.

  • Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on assigned projects/tasks.

  • Provide input to QASP reviews.

  • Communicate issues and solutions to Government management structure as requested.

  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities.

  • Provide the ability to contact contactor personnel regardless of duty status or location within four hours when not at primary duty location.


  • 10+ years of experience managing either DoD or IC geographically dispersed programs.

  • master’s degree.

  • PMP certification.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

  • Direct experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity.
