Journeyman Software Quality Assurance & Test Engineer (Principal Cyber Software Test Engineer):
Candidates will be working to support the transformation of all-source analysis with location-based object services. Visualizing and recreating the tools to assist analysts with protecting our nation.
Journeyman Level:
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Job Description:
Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment required for testing and evaluating in a cyber environment. Cyber Test analyses is performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies other Cyber tests to be performed. Responsible for Cyber testing all customer samples and special tests
Required Skills:
Supports the centrally managed test team that provides test support across all CLINs
Configures and evaluates automated testing of all delivered software
Writes test plans and procedures and analyzes test results
Documents bugs in JIRA and provides test reports
Participates in daily standups and sprint reviews with scrum teams and provides inputs into story and bug disposition
Responsible for creating or providing inputs to Test and Evaluation Master Plans
Experience:
5+ Years’ experience
Bachelor of Science degree
Security Clearance:
TS/SCI with CI poly
