Job Description
Identity, Credential, and, Access Management Engineer:
IC-CAP is looking for an ICAM Engineer joining our team to support Government activities in Sterling, V.A. As an ICAM Engineer supporting the Government, you will be trusted with supporting large -scale IC Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) efforts.
Skill Level 5:
Skills and Tasks: - Exceptionally Complex, Inter-Discipline, Inter-Organizational. Can perform tasks of senior level technicians, specialists, and/or managers not performed at Level 4 due to the size and/or complexity of the tasks.
Leadership Management: May work individually or as a key member of a senior leadership team. Oversees and monitors performance across several disciplines, and when required, takes steps to resolve issues.
Guidance: Provides experts guidance and direction to Government and Vendor senior level technicians and managers. Directs multiple contractor and subcontractors teams through project completion.
In this role, a typical day may include:
Provisions SailPoint environment and develops/maintains workflows
Develops system architecture and system design documentation
Participates in the planning, architecture, analysis, design, implementation, and operations of ICAM solutions
Analyzes the identity life cycle, reviewing access requirements, and defines enterprise identity records
Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies
Communicates with engineering service leads, program management, government customer, and other senior executives
Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities
Participates in code reviews, integration, and deployment events
What you'll need:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience supporting COTS IAM tools with a focus in SailPoint
Knowledge of COTS IAM tools with a focus in SailPoint Identity IQ Lifecycle Manager (LCM)
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, or REST development
Knowledge of implementing IAM tools in an enterprise environment
Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP management, configuration and design, PKI, SSP across multiple domains, MFA, PIV authenti cation, or scripting
and coding
Understanding of requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, or change management
Ability to work in a fast moving, challenging environment
Desired:
Basic knowledge of Radiant Logic and CA
Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS
Experience with SQL database administration or management
Experience with integrating Radiant Logic with third party data sources.

High School Diploma + 14 years
Associate's Degree + 12 years
Bachelor's Degree + 10 years
Master's Degree + 8 years
PhD + 6 years
Training and Certifications:
IAT Level 2
