High School Diploma/ GED + 10 years' experience (relevant experience)
Associates Degree + 8 years' experience (relevant experience)
Bachelor's degree + 6 years' experience (relevant experience)
Master's Degree + 4 years' experience (relevant experience)
PhD + 2 years' experience (relevant experience)
Level 4:
High School Diploma/ GED + 12 years' experience (relevant experience)
Associates Degree + 10 years' experience (relevant experience)
Bachelor's degree + 8 years' experience (relevant experience)
Master's degree + 6 years' experience (relevant experience)
PhD+ 4 years' experience (relevant experience)
Position Description:
Maintain responsibility for multi-skilled operations, including Layer-3 networking, virtualization, systems administration, and platform support.
Lead junior operators and engineering staff in the coordination of engineering and operational activities and coordinate across teams to meet engineering and operational service level agreements (SLAs).
Perform a variety of analytical tasks concerning the design and implementation of IT services and solutions, including personnel, hardware, software, and support for facilities or equipment.
Plan and perform analytical and engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with design, engineering, and client specifications.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma + 8 years
Associate's Degree + 6 years
Bachelor's Degree + 4 years
Master's Degree + 2 years
PhD + 0 years
Required Skills:
Must have data center design\build experience and experience with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools for capacity planning and environmental monitoring within managed\physical infrastructure
Security Clearance:
