Cyber Exercise and Training Project Manager:
IC-CAP is seeking a highly motivated individual to support the Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center (IC SCC) Integration projects. This individual will lead the Cybersecurity Integration Division's exercise and training endeavors with their expert project management skills. The ideal candidate will possess the technical knowledge nessesary to support the center's training and exersise programs, as well as have demonstrated experience in project management.
This lead will participate in and lead the team responsible for excecuting the outreach activities of the IC SCC. In support of this goal, the tasks designated to the Exercise and Training Project Manager may include but are not limited to:
Perform project management and project oversight duties to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logistical, integration and financial aspects.
Provide support to assist with office tasking, performance metrics management, content management, and scheduling visits and meetings.
Make recommendations for the implementation of industry best practices that ensure the highest quality and sustainability of projects.
Keep the customer apprised of all risks associated with the project related to time scope, and cost.
Provide oversight in order to establish, maintain, and facilitate a training program on operational IT solutions, applications, exercises, and services. (online training, desk-side training, and small collaborative sessions)
Develop, implement and maintain a consolidated training plan and develop SOPs, implementing training for new applications and services as they become available.
Provide oversight to the marketing program in order to develop and maintain a marketing program to supplement training, and provide awareness.
Education and Experience:
HS/GED + 12 years
Associates Degree + 10 years
Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years
Master’s Degree + 6 years
PhD + 4 years
Qualifications:
IAW DoD Directive 8570 IAT II (Prior to onboarding)
CAPM, CSM, SSSBB, CSSGB and/or PMP certifications preferred
Security Clearance:
TS/SCI
