Cyber Exercise and Training Coordinator:
IC-CAP is seeking a highly motivated individual to support the Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center (IC SCC) Training and Exercise projects. This individual will be vital in the development and excecution the Cybersecurity Integration Division's exercise and training events.
The coordinator will participate in and lead the team responsible for excecuting outreach activities of the IC SCC. In support of this goal, the tasks designated to the Cyber Exercise and Training Coordinator may include but are not limited to:
Conduct IC-wide exercises for the IC CND community in accordance with CONOPS IC IE.
Participate, coordinate, and provide exercise development input and support.
Maintain subject matter expertise in IC exercise planning and execution.
Engage with the National Level Exercise (NLE) community, representing the equities of the IC SCC and CND community.
Provide and maintain a technical environment testbed.
Integrate red/blue team IC partner capabilities and functions into annual training and scenario-based activities to meet exercise objectives.
Establish, maintain, and facilitate a training program on operational IT solutions, applications, exercises, and services. (online training, desk-side training, and small collaborative sessions)
Develop, implement and maintain a consolidated training plan and develop SOPs, implementing training for new applications and services as they become available
Develop technical training courses for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced)
Coordinate product-related trainings, including presentations of new features.
Provide training expertise to technical writers and developers in developing a robust Tier 0 support database for the IC as it relates to user experience.
Education and Experience:
HS/GED + 12 years
Associates Degree + 10 years
Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years
Master’s Degree + 6 years
PhD + 4 years
Qualifications:
IAW DoD Directive 8570 IAT II (Prior to onboarding)
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language.
