Systems/Profile Management Engineer, Junior
Job Description:
Analyze users’ profile management requirements, the concept of operations documents, and high–level system architectures to develop and implement enterprise profile management solutions. Guide client staff in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. Provide technical support for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations and develop system architecture and system design documentation. Support system development and implementation planning through the assessment of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interact with the client regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts. Maintain responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the systems engineering area of responsibility and communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Requirements:
-Experience with designing, deploying, managing, and configuring identity management solutions using Active Directory under Windows Server 2008, 2008R2, 2012, S2012R2, or Server 2016
-Experiencing with managinguse profiles and user profile migrations
-Knowledge of LDAP and identity federation
-TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take polygraph exam
-AA or AS degree and 4+ years of experience with IT systems administration and engineering, including maintaining responsibility for high systems availability and secure systems posture, such as patching and maintenance, or BA or BS degree and 2+ years of experience with IT systems administration and engineering
-DoD 8570 baseline certification including Security+, CASP, CISSP, and CISM or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
Desired:
-Experience with deploying, configuring, and managing enterprise profile management solutions for Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10
-Experience with the management and operational use of systems monitoring tools, including SolarWinds, Splunk, or Microsoft SCOM
-Experience with analyzing and enhancing operational procedures and new innovative solutions to address current and emerging IT challenges
-Knowledge of ITIL change management and problem management best practices
-Ability to work independently and as a team member to solve difficult technical challenges on a global scale
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent team collaboration skills
-BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or Network Engineering
-COTS Enterprise Profile Management Solutions Certification or professional training
-Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Server 2012/2012R2/2016 or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Server 2012/2012R2/2016 Certification
-ITILv3 Certification
